I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the bar man who gave me lots of useful information about the local area. The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to explore this pleasant area of Ischia Island. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with my room being cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. The hotel facilities were also great, with a hydrotherapy pool that I had free access to. Additionally, the location of the hotel is close to the beautiful Gardens of Poseidon and just a short walk from the shore.
Nothing to dislike.

So many common areas to relax, I couldn't decide where to go! And the spa treatments were just what I needed after a long day of exploring.
The hot tub was way too relaxing, I almost fell asleep in there!

The gardens were very soothing, it was such a treat to wake up surrounded by beautiful greenery. I also enjoyed the strategic location, which made it very easy to explore the island. We appreciated the kindness of staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
The furniture in the rooms was quite outdated and not very comfortable. Although the breakfast had a decent variety of items, we would have preferred more healthy options.

I always come back because the staff helped me with my heavy luggage. It suits me perfectly - Wi-Fi, valet parking, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, bar, restaurant. Coming back for holiday!

The location of the hotel was really convenient, as it was next to a bus stop that could take you to different places on the island. It was also close to cafes where you could grab a bite to eat and relax. Another positive aspect was the hotel's beautiful garden, filled with stunning cactuses. the hotel staff were very attentive and provided great service. the room had a comfortable bed and the bathroom was clean. the breakfast offered a variety of options, and the view from the hotel was breathtaking.
That not all the staff spoke fluent English, which could be a bit challenging when trying to communicate certain things.
